For weddings, six to nine months ahead is ideal — peak-season dates in Madrid go quickly. For events and photoshoots, a week or two is usually enough. Last-minute? Write me anyway and I’ll do my best.
Yes — every appointment is confirmed with a deposit. It’s what reserves the time just for you; I’ll send the details on WhatsApp.
Rescheduling is no problem with at least 72 hours’ notice — your deposit simply moves to the new date. Cancelled bookings aren’t refunded, which is exactly why the deposit is kept modest.
Yes — and it might be the most loved part of what I do: the studio comes to you. Home, hotel or venue, anywhere in Madrid and well beyond it for destination weddings — I arrive with everything, set up around your morning, and you simply sit down. We agree the travel details when you book.

A full makeup look takes about an hour to an hour and a half. Bridal previews run longer — we take the time to get every detail exactly right.
Every age — from children at family photoshoots to women who come to me at fifty and beyond. Whatever your style and your wishes, the look is built around them — never from a template. Every face has its own light; my job is simply to find it.

It’s built for exactly that — long-wear layers, set to work hard through heat, emotion and a full dance floor. Makeup is a living thing, not enamel: on the most extreme days it may ask for a quick touch-up, and I’ll tell you exactly what to carry.
Come with a clean, moisturised face — no makeup, please: removing it costs us ten to fifteen minutes better spent on the look itself. If you exfoliate, do it two days before, never the day of.
Yes — and you’re exactly who I take the most care with. I have sensitive skin myself, so I understand this not only as an artist but from my own mirror. Everything that touches your face is sterile, the formulas are chosen gently for your skin, and any redness or texture is covered softly — never heavy.
Around ninety percent of my kit is luxury and professional premium brands. The rest are hand-picked gems — star products I trust because they simply perform, whatever the label says.
After every single client — brushes, tools, everything, with disposable lash applicators, and lip colour applied with a freshly sanitised lip brush. I take real pride in this: my brushes are squeaky clean, always. You are completely safe in my chair.
Put them in before we start — it’s gentler on your eyes, and I work around them comfortably.

Absolutely. “Like me, just polished” is one of my favourite briefs — makeup that reads beautifully in person and on camera, never heavy in real life.
Not at all — extensions are perfectly fine to work with. One honest recommendation for brides, though: I’d skip semi-permanent extensions before the wedding — they tend to look artificial and can limit what the makeup itself can do.
Not at all — lashes are an optional add-on. Just tell me at the start of the appointment if you’d rather go without, and I’ll build the look beautifully around it.
For weddings, a trial is highly recommended — it means nothing on the day is a surprise. Ideally one to two months before: close enough that your skin is the same, far enough to adjust anything calmly.
Of course. Wedding parties are welcome — tell me how many people, and I’ll plan the timing so everyone is ready, calm, and camera-ready on schedule.
Yes — that’s how I prefer to work weddings. We plan the schedule backwards from the ceremony hour, and I stay with you until you leave for it.
